Answer Hello Bob. Some of these unscrew out, and some pry out. If you have to pry one out, you can use a butter knife to do so. Just be careful not to crack your liner. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Tom, I am not aware of any video on this but the shelf stud kit 4388538 has two different studs. One you screw in and the other you push in and turn to lock in place. Use the one that works for your application. Thanks!

Answer Hello K.P., The push in stud pushes into the hole and is turned 1/4 turn. The screw in type uses a screwdriver to screw it into the liner.
