when I took the nut off I didnt see a pin in there could you send me a diagram of the regulator please.

Answer Bill, There are three types of regulators and three types of conversions. This particular component appears to have a "cap" that will need to be "unscrewed" flipped over so the "LP" appears on the top, and screwed back into the regulator body, and testeed for leaks.
