My side by side does nothing, lights come on, no fan and no compressor running. I took off the white overload and the black starter relay. The white overload rattles but the black one doesn't. Does the rattling overload mean that it is bad?

Answer Hello Michael. You will need to check and see if your getting power to the compressor. Also check and see if the unit is stuck in defrost mode. If so, you will need to change the timer 482493. Hope this helps.
