Top oven fails to start. There are no error codes displayed. Lower oven works fine. There is output from relay 2 & 3 on left PCB (lower oven) but none on right(upper oven).

Answer Gary, you most likely need an upper oven relay board Y04100260. to eliminate the control as the issue disconnect the 14 wire pin connector(J1) from the relay board and program a bake cycle : betwen wire #1 and wire#3 you should read 24VDC, wire#3 and wire#4 should have 24VDC, when broil is selected then wire#3 and wire#5 should have 24VDC and make sure you have 120VAC across the N and L1 terminals on the relay board with power applied to oven. If all's OK, you'll need the relay board.
