The is no power to the control panel, but when I ran direct power to the transformer the control panel would come on, what is wrong or not working right
If there is power when you apply it to the transformer then there is a power supply issue. You will want to start by testing the power coming into the unit and checking all wires to make sure that there is not shorted wire.
Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
Stacked unit. Washer sticks on rinse cycle. Cannot stop it with control panel. Sliding open washer door stops unit. If spin is selected, panel will count down as normal then panel will go blank as if cycle complete but tub keeps spinning until lid is slid open.
Answer Nostep, You're on target, but the wrong relay, W10133335 is the motor relay, and if the contacts are stuck closed, the motor will run whenever the lid is closed. You may want to replace both relays, but you decide. At what portion of the rinse cycle does the washer "stick" ? If it stops at the start of the cycle, you'll need to check the cold water supply to the washer, and the water level switch and air dome hose 206418, 22001616. if it's at the end or during the cycle, it could also be due to the failed relay.
