Answer John, The retainer ring Y704762 holds the restrictor ring 4026F009-51 in position, the assembly is located at the opening in the plenum, for the down draft fan. If you look closely, you'll see the slots in the inlet ring 4026F008-51 that the retainer fits into. The restrictor ring may still be in position, but install the ring then install the retainer.
