Answer Hello John. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then unsnap the end caps on the sides of the control panel. Then remove the screws under the end caps and flip the control panel backward. Unplug the wires to the lid switch and remove the two brass colored clips. The cabinet of the machine will pull forward and slide off the machine. Now you can access the tub ring W10445870. There are clips on the bottom of the tub ring. You will release these clips and lift the tub ring off. Reinstall with new tub ring in reverse order. Hope this helps.
