We keep having balance problems and the washer is level.
James for Model Number WTW6600SG1
Answer James, You didn't mention any error codes in the display, so there ar several things you'll need to check. Make sure the washer is on a good level, solid floor, and as close to the floor as possible. Check and make sure the suspension rods, sockets and balls are clean and lubricated. Make sure the machine is properly loaded and the clothes are sorted properly. If you are having Error codes or display warnings, you'll want to check or replace the RPS and wiring harness W10183157 and make sure there are no loose connections or warped components.
Is there a rotor postion sensor included with this item or is it somewhere else by itself on the unit?
Donny for Model Number wtw6600sw1
Answer Hello Donny! No, the rotor 280146 does not include the rps sensor. For the rps sensor use part number W10183157. All parts in this kit must be replaced at the same time. Thanks!
The rotor screw keep coming loose. I have to tighten it once a week.
