When washing whites, after finishing the last rinse, you can see some spots of light amber or orangeyellow.

Answer Hello J.G.,
This can be rust and it can also be something that was in the clothes that were washed. I found a rusting nail in the outer tub at a service call. The nail had a finishing head so it just slipped through one of the holes in the inner tub. It was laying in the bottom of the outer tub rusting and adding the rust to the wash and rinse water. It made no sense that there was rust in the machine since it was a model with a plastic inner tub and a plastic outer tub. This is the kind of thing that will have to be found. The unit needs to be torn down in search of the source of rust.
Since there is no photo of the product I want to be absolutely sure that this is the Rover Rust Remover in a white & blue bottle. Comes in white powder form?

Answer Hello Jill! The cleaner W10278629 is a Rover Rust Remover in a white and blue bottle. It comes in a 16 ounce bottle. Unfortunatley, we do not have what form (liquid, powder, etc.) this product comes in. Thanks.
