Answer Hi Robert. The screen part # 8268391 is first placed (one way only) into the sump body. Use liquid dish soap lightly to coat the motor seal before you install the motor. Thank You.

Answer Hello Bet. The screen 8268391 is between the motor and the sump assembly. If you remove the motor from the sump, you will access the screen. Hope this helps.
