Answer Hi Joe. It sounds as if you are not getting proper water fill and your heater is doing its job. The water inlet valve part # 5300809135. If your Inlet valve is not getting proper 120vac, then I would replace the bi metal assembly, part # 808507. I hope this helps. Thank- you.
