My Repair & Advice
Igniter was lighting but gas wouldn't ignite. I would see the igniter light up and smell some gas, but the flame would not light. After looking at some websites, it seemed that the igniter was weak and wouldn't cause ignition, even though it was glowing. Since the part numbers were the same, I switched the broiler and the oven igniters. The oven began working and the broiler wouldn't light. So, I ordered the new part (igniter) and replaced the broken one.
I had to pull the oven away from the wall, remove the back panels and take out the mounting screws for the igniter(s) inside the oven. The broiler igniter was easy to reach and replace and the oven igniter was a bit harder to reach and replace. The oven igniter had to be disconnected at the bottom of the oven. It can be reached from the bottom rear opening.
