Replaced ice maker. No water comes in. Ice maker does cycle Water in line to fridge. When water should come in there is no buzz. Can this be water frozen or is valve faulty.

You will want to pull the icemaker and check the hose in the back that goes into the icemaker to see if it is frozen. If it is then you will need to clear the ice and replace the water valve due to seeping. Seeping is where the valve is not fully seating and allows a trickle of water to come in and freeze in fill tube.
