Answer Hello Steve, It sounds like this may be a bad roller assembly. Check the unit for wear on the drum rollers 349241T and shaft W10359269.

Answer Hello John, I don't show that this unit requires flat washer at the pulleys or shaft. Here is a recommended maintenance kit part number 4392065 for your unit unit. Hope this helps!
