Answer Jacqueline, If there is no screw holding the stud to the wall, then it is a "twist " fit. You may need a pair of pliers, to grip the remainder of the stud and turn it 90 dgrs. and remove it. Thanks and Good Luck

Answer Donna, 4388538 is the part number supplied by the manufacturer for a shelf stud repair kit, for the model number you supplied. You'll need one kit per loose or broken stud. The 4388540 will have extra parts you may not need and has two shelf studs, depending on which style is used in your unit. Good Luck and Thanks

Answer Hello Tony. Some of the supports 4388540 lift off and the round ones twist out of the side wall. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Ginger! Your freezer uses one wire shelf part number 2174267 and two wire shelves part number 2174268. You will need the shelf support kit 4388540 to install these shelves if missing. Thanks.
