Answer Hello Terry. You need to check and see if the unit is leaking around the bearing of the outer tub assembly. If so, you will need to order and replace the outer tub assembly W10193886 on the unit.

Answer Hello Cynthia. Make sure there is nothing between the inner and the outer tub. If not, it sounds like the suspension W10189077 is bad and will need to be replaced in the unit.
