Answer Hello Debbie! The wiring harness 8181783 is the same for both models, however, the CCU's are different and will not be interchangeable. For model GHW9100LW1 you will need 8182221. For model GHW9150PW1 you will need 8182695. Thanks!

Washer rotating drum is tilted backwards and doesn't rotate on center in the front opening. Nothing appears to be broken internally and the two large top mounted springs are connected. The two back shock struts appear to be setting low, but when I took one off to inspect, I'm not sure if this was the issue. 1.) how do I tell if the shock is bad? 2.) could if be something else?

Answer CW, To tell if the shocks are bad you would see if they have any spring to them. The unit is normally going to be tilted toward the back so there may not be an issue with the shocks.

Answer Hello Speedy. You need to check and make sure the shipping bolts are removed from the back of the unit. Also, look and see if the shocks are broken on the unit and make sure the inner basket is not loose in the unit.
