What is ap4039101 for and how come the washers were not sent with my order? They are the ones used for the idler arm and rotation plastic. It said it requires two, does two come in a pack?

Answer Hello Mario! The idler arm sleeve 315772 is the sleeve for the screw that holds the idler pulley. There is only one idler arm sleeve used on your dryer. Did you order the idler shaft washer Y312527? The unit requires two, but comes in a package of one.
