WASHER IS VERY NOISY DURING RINSE CYCLE. THE BELT LOOKED BAD AND I THOUGHT IT MAY BE SLIPPING SO I REPLACED IT YESTERDAY. DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Jack H for Model Number PAV2300AWW
Answer Jack, Apparently the noise is from underneath or the bottom of the washer. At which point, you most likely have an issue with the thrust bearing assembly 12002213 , if the components are warn and distorted, once they get hot, the components can make noise. Thanks and Good Luck
Why is my washer not spinning the tub during the spin cycle?
Marty for Model Number lnc6762a71
Answer Hello Marty. You will need to check the thrust bearing 12002213 on the unit. Try turning the pulley by hand, with the belt off, and see if the brake releases. If not, you will need to replace the thrust bearing kit. Also, check the belt 35-2279 and make sure it is good. Hope this helps.
This motor is always moving while its working or its tight to base plate?
Marty for Model Number lnc6762a71
Answer Hello Marty. The motor is designed to move, depending on which part of the wash cycle the machine is in. It does not need to be tight to the base plate. It needs to be able to slide. Hope this helps.
