My undercounter dishwasher detergent dispenser door pin, spring and lid popped out and landed in the dishwasher base. We've been having problems with this dispenser door opening reliably and now it's finally given up. I ordered replacement parts for the spring, pin and even the lid but can't seem to figure out how to install these parts such that the lid springs open when needed. Can't figure out how to get spring tension enabled to open the lid when the latch releases. Pictures would be helpful. Thanks in advance Cheers Leon

The soap dispenser won't pop open to dispense the soap. The spring seems loose ... can't figure out how it should be positioned. Can't find any photos. Help!

There is something wrong with the spring hinge. Not broken ( I don't think) but there is no tension. Is there a photo or drawing of how it is supposed to look? Instructions here do not address the problem.

While the instructions above give a general idea of how this is to be installed, actually following these directions, even with 2 people proved difficult. What finally worked for us was to use 2 bread ties around the ends of the spring to pull it around into position (using a screwdriver to hold the square end in place) and hold them in position, while the other person went under them and clicked the door back into place. Releasing 1 end of the bread tie, we were able to slide it out with no trouble at all and it's good as new! :)

The dispenser cover came off and I can't get it back together so that it will stay opened when you close the dishwasher. Not sure how to put the soap lid spring back on any pictures or instructions would be helpful. Thanks
