Answer Hello Larry. If the ice is forming under the ice bucket, you will need to see if the flap in the dispenser is closing properly, and if the water valve for the icemaker is shutting off properly. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Larry! The solenoid 2152713 engages an arm inside the ice bucket for either crushed or cubed ice to be dispensed. Hope this helps!

Answer Hello Joe. Test for power to the dispenser motor. If there is power there and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello NJF84. If you have recently replaced the water line the dripping can be caused by air bubbles in the water line. Try purging the line by dispensing a continous 2 gallons. If this does not correct your issue then replace the inlet valve 2188542. Thanks!

Answer Hello Saad. 1. Unplug the refrigerator or disconnect the power. 2. Pull out the ice & water dispenser drip tray. 3. Position the drip tray upside down under the ice & water dispenser control panel, and pry the bottom edge of the panel out at the two small slots with a large-bladed screwdriver. 4. Disconnect the control panel switch connector from the wiring harness and remove the panel.
