Answer Hello Steve. You will need to check and see if the spark switches 9755451 are bad on the unit. If so, they will cause the problem you are having. If they are good and close when turned on, you will need to replace the spark module W10110491 on the unit. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Jenny. You will need to remove the burner W10406243. Once the two screws are removed from the burner, it should lift off the unit. If it is stuck, you will need to try and move it back and forth and then lift it off the unit. Hope this helps.

Answer Hi Tom. Remove all power from unit. Remove grill grates. Remove top screws from burner. You should be able to0 carefully lift the electrode assembly from the top of the burner itself. Unhook the wire and carefully place the electrode back in place. The part # is 9782116. Thank you.
