Where is the spark switch located? and isn't it the same as the spark module? I can't seem to locate the spark switch.

Answer Hello Tom. 98005561 is the spark switch. It is located on the valve behind the knob you trun on the burners with. This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.
This whirlpool stove won't light. You don't even hear the clicking noise when you try to light it.

If it won't spark regardless of which burner you try to light, Check for a proper ground to your appliance. If a proper ground is present, you need to replace the spark module 6610341.
