I purchased a spark module for SF315PEMB1 but is different from the original. The original had three connections, one for positive, one for negative and one for chasis ground. The new module does not have a space for the chasis ground. DO i just go about connecting or the wire except the chasis ground or is this the wrong spark module (6610341) for this stove.

I think my spark module might be weak or I need igniters? The clicking noise from the spark module is muffled and weak. There is no spark at the igniter. I checked with a volt meter between the igniters and the chasis of the stove and am getting a DC voltage. Meter is jumping around a lot to get an accurate reading. Looks like maybe 11-14 volts dc. 3 igniters are muffled yet on one of them the clicking is normal when the probe goes on. Normal clicking, yet no spark. Stove was extremely greasy when I got it and I had cleaned it. I took a little sand paper to the tops of the igniters thinking that would help. No change. Do I need a new spark module or new igniters? Resistance from end to end on the igniters is relatively the same, around .7 ohms.

Where is the spark switch located? and isn't it the same as the spark module? I can't seem to locate the spark switch.

This whirlpool stove won't light. You don't even hear the clicking noise when you try to light it.
