Hello, please I would like to know if this part comes with the 3 components showed on your website. Secondly, my mixer was damaged due to power surge, as a result of being plugged directly to 220v cos I didn't plug my step down correctly. So please is this the part I need to replace?

This is a new mixer that has never worked. Plugged in, switched on to any speed setting and the motor goes to a high speed for about five seconds and then stops. It was turned over to an "official" service center which was supposed to have replaced the "mother board" which I assume is the speed control which did not fix the problem. What about the Hall effect sensor? Thanks BL

Speed control is intermittant. slide knob does not control the speed. When powered up, the speed changes from fast to slow to off without touching the mixer. If the control is set for medium and the motor does not turn, just tapping the knob will intermittantly start and change the speed.
