I have a Kenmore 110 27032603 washer that gets out of balance once the drum starts to spin, I turn the drum by hand and it sems to hang up in one spot. I took the washer apart to see if I could find the hang up but it seems to happen when I reinstall the motor rotor on the stator, could the rotor be bad and why would a part like that go bad?
