Answer Chris, Both spray arms rotate, by pressure produced by the wash impeller 675806 in the pump. and the amount of pressure and circulation is dependant on the amount of water in the bottom of the tub. You will need to check the water level( start the dishwasher and let it run for 3 to 5 minutes, unlatch the door, remove the lower rack and check that the water level is in contact with the bottom of the heating element(give or take 1/4 inch). If the water level is low, check the float and float switch, and replace the fill valve if alls OK.
