Answer Lou, It can be a chore. You may want to try this method. put the rack on the floor on the right side of the rack, grasp the tower and turn it counter clockwise (to the left) You should have better leverage and will be able to unlock the bottom snaps from the rack. Good Luck and Thanks

Answer Hello Christie! The spray tower 99003319 sets down into the center of the rack. Once there, you will need to turn it a 1/4" to lock it in place. Hope this helps!
