Broken door spring

My Repair & Advice
Removed screws from sides pieces into the cabinets, then pulled out washer several inches. Found one of the springs had stretched and the door cable had broken at the hook. Replaced both items and pushed washer back in. It was a little tricky to get washer back into the same position. Found that the water connection was rigid copper pipe and now was leaking at the fitting into the washer. Turned off water, removed kick plate, removed nut at flare joint and retightened. Last steps were difficult because there is very little room to loosen and tighten the fittings under the washer.
