spring? 34001274 tub hangers x 2
my machine spins out of balance so much especially larger loads.
it seem as if the tub even empty has no suspension. Can these tub springs be worn/ stretched out that much ? Is there another problem possibly with the lower four shock type supports?

Yes the tub springs can be worn or stretch to the point that it could cause out of balance issue. You will also want to check the inner tub for movement up and down as one of the spinner supports could have popped the weld and would cause out of balance issue.

The spring you were looking at does not connect to the back of the washer, but it holds the tub up so it connects from the tub to the middle of the upper end of the body side.
