In this unit my freezer is working good, but the another side the refrigerator stop to work. I clean the coils down but still not working. The motor is hot but no running. I check the star device but ?? this is a old model but and is the first time en several years to fail. My question is if a change the start device the refrigerator side can work with only this part or I need to replace another?

Normally if the start relay on the unit fails, the unit refrigerator and freezer would stop working. It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the back wall of the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer. The compressor kicks on for about 5 to 10 seconds and then kicks off. Could this be the Start Dev or the run relay?
