My washer seems noisy on the spin cycle and I have noticed after the cycle is done, if I turn the drum manually, there is a large amount of water still in the drum. Is this normal, if not, is there a part I can replace to allow more water to drain?
The water sound that you hear when turning the drum is a solution that is in the inner drum itself. This is to help balance the drum out. For the noise that you hear during the spin, if it is a grinding noise then the drum bearings are going bad and the rear outer tub would need to be replaced.
