I have Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model # 665.16389300 The dishwasher fills up but doesnt drain at all. Checked the hoses and they are clear. I pulled the drain pump off and hit the drain button and the pump is spinning. Not sure what to check next . . . Is there another pump I need to see if working. Not sure. How can I know if the Drain Pump is OK ? Drain Pump does not spin freely when off but it spins when energized. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you in Advance Mike

The thermister p/n 8269208 is leaking. I want to replace the Oring seal. It appears that you twist it to the left to unlock it. I cant pull it out. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi. Just encountered a leak in the bottom. I replaced all the hoses last year in response to a leak. They're dry now, but water to dripping from underneath a few inches from the center of the main housing. Doesn't appear to be coming from the door, all dry there. It's dripping from the bottom just outside the sump housing. Could that be a sump seal? Is there a way to confirm it? And is this something I can repair? Thanks!! Dave

The dishwasher will not drain past the level of the overflow valve. I took the drain line off the garburator and cleaned it and also disassembled the bottom of the dishwasher down to the sub assembly covering the pump, but could not remove that cover. I had used a video for instructions to this point, but they were removing a cover for a different model and so I am stuck. What do you suggest I do next?

My dishwasher does not clean the top rack, and does a poor job of the bottom one as well, it also seems to me the amount of noise that it makes (e.g the sound of water hitting the dishes and the dishes clinking) is less then it was, any idea what this could be? Also how difficult is it to replace whatever part you may suggest. Thank you in advance for your help. Ruvane
