My icemaker makes alot of noise while the parts are moving,the ice gets hung up in the teeth, it is making some hollow ice and sometimes no ice at all.

Answer Hello Ted. Check and make sure the temperature inside the unit is around 0°. If it is to cold, you can get the hollow cubes in the unit. If the temperature is correct, replace the water valve on the unit. And you may need to replace the icemaker for the noise issue.
