Do I need to remove Support AP4370157 and bottom cover to acess the heating element?

Answer Eric, No, you should not have to remove the support to access the bake element. You may have to loosen the two oven bottom locking clips,and slide them back towards you, and carefully raise the back of the oven bottom panel, slide the bottom panel away from you until the hidden front flange clears the support and lift the panel out. Make sure you turn power off to the range, before you start removing things. Thanks and Good Luck
