Greetings! I lost my Crisper frame Support but can get a replacement here (PS2008226). However, there is nothing to mount it to. It appears as if a "Stud" was broken off. Any suggestions on what I need to correct this situation? Thanks in advance

I was cleaning out my refrigerator and I don't know where the crisper support bar (2163832) goes. I looked on the diagram and although it fits there, the bottom shelf and crisper drawers won't fit. I've cleaned the frig before, but have no idea where this bar goes. The crisper drawers definitely need support, but how.

Answer Jami, Are you sure the wall stud in the refrigerator wall did not get dislodged and lost ? This support iis inserted in the side of the crisper cover and then rests on the wall stud. Thanks and Good Luck

I snapped the little peg that attaches to the flip top lid that covers the deli drawer. It's attached to a very large piece and I can't see how it could be fixed. Looking into the frig, it's the little peg for the right side of the deli drawer lid. There is a little hole in the deli drawer lid that slides through and retracts when reattaching the lid. What part do I need to order to fix the problem and how hard is it to fix?

The crisper stud broke off but the cripser support is fine. I can't figure out how to get the remainder of the stud out of the wall. How is that connected? It doesn't seem to push in or slide. If I can get out I assume I need part AP4070209 repair kit.

Answer Hi Kile. You can try to use small " pick-tools" to get the broken crisper mount stud out. I have also slightly pushed the old one to the side very carefully in the cabinet for just enough room to install new crisper frame supports part #12603701.Thank You.
