How can I remove the spray arm from the dishwasher? I have removed the screws but cannot get the spray arm to come off.

Answer Hello George. You will need to hold the lower spray arm, and twist the cap 99001428 out of the center of it. Once removed, the spray arm will lift out. Hope this helps.
