My right rear burner comes on for about 10 seconds then shuts off replaced infinite switch still turns off also surface light is always on for that burner any ideas?

With the burner shutting off every 10 seconds and the infinite switch already replaced would indicate a bad sensor on the element. The element would need to be replaced.
My right front burner does not work, everything else on the stove works very well. I've had the top up and there is no visible burns or shorts.

If the terminal connections on the end of the element that plugs in under the cook top look good, (no burned spots), the infinite switch 3148952 is going to be the cause of your issue.
