I just replaced 4 suspensions, but still having same issue. It stops at the final spin and "OB" message come up. The timer reads about 6 minutes when it goes into final spin and when it goes down to 3 minutes, it stops and the timer goes back to about 6 minutes. It looks like the time goes back and forth between 2 to 6 min and "ob" message shows on screen. Can you please help? Thanks

I have about 10yrs old top load washer, It's Kenmore. Model# 11024086200. Since last week, it's not working right. At the spin cycle, it goes up high speed spin for about 20~30 seconds and stops. ob flashing on top display. I guess it's Out of Balance sign. Im just guessing. So, I took the front panel off so that I can see inside of washer what is going on. Tried one more time and see that whole drum is shaking too much, like a tank is rolling on top of it. Too much shaking and too loud noise. I checked 4 long sticks with springs at the end on each corner holding the drum, it looks ok, but assuming it's the bad springs or suspensions. Could it be a bad Suspension (MFG Number 285916) or could it be a bad Suspension Stabilizer (MFG Number 9723335)? Thanks.
