Answer Mr Fix-it, The rear bearing would cause the noise issue and possibly the vibration. The other cause would be a broken weld on the spinner assembly.

Answer Hello Gary. Check for a broke shock on the unit. If none is found, check and see if the inner basket is loose and if so, you may need to replace the bearings in the unit. If the inner basket is good, check for wires or hoses knocking against the cabinet and making the noise.

Answer Hello Gary, To remove the soap dispenser there are 2 screws when you take the soap cup out. Remove those screws and the hoses off the back of the dispenser assembly. I would block the unit to make it easier to get springs 8182814 out.

Answer Hello Tony. There are two spring brackets on the top of the inside of the cabinet. The springs hook into the spring brackets 8181763 on the unit.

Answer Hello George. Yes, check and see if any of the shocks 8182703 are broke or bad. If so, you will need to replace the bad shocks in the unit.

Answer Hi Apple. Remove the power. Tilt the unit up and support it underneath. Use a flashlight to inspect all of the pump area to see if itself part # 285990 is leaking. Make sure it is not leaking where it mounts to the pump motor. Look at all the hoses. Look at the fill hoses to see if they are leaking at the cabinet. Look at the over flow bag that has a over flow connector at the top of the tub. If the connector is leaking at the top of the tub 8283307 , then you need to replace the inner connector as well part # 8283308. Thank You.
