Answer The springs can go bad, depending on the loads you wash, and any out of balance issues you might have. A new set should fix your problem.

Answer Hello Marco. Unplug the washer for 1 to 2 minutes. Disconnect the U.I. (touch pad). Plug the washer back in for 1 to 2 minutes. Unplug the washer. Plug the U.I. back in and then plug the washer back in. Codes should then be cleared. Most of the time if no mechanical faults can be found the CCU (Central Control Unit) needs to be replaced.

Answer Hello Henry, The spring noise would be the suspension rods. You will want to check the rods for damage or not being seated properly.

Answer Hello Flyod, You will want to pull the wash plate and check to make sure that there is nothing caught underneath the plate. Also check to make sure that there is no wear or damage to the hub.
