No question, just user experience. The replacement suspension kit is Da Bomb! Our washer was so out of balance it sounded like someone was beating it with a hammer. It took about twenty minutes to swap out the rods. We ran a load and the machine now runs just like new. The only addition to the instructions I'd is remove and replace one rod at a time and have two people involved. Excellent product!

Latest Questions

There is a UL code half way through the cycle. When it starts back up, it fills the drum full then starts washing again. This happens even if the unit is set on a low water level. I have recently put in a new bearing and shaft assembly.
