I am going to need some help here . I have a counterbalance issue on this machine for 20-30 days and the beating and banging is driving me nuts. The noise is not present every load. When I open the lid I can clearly see the wash tub is off center . Any ideas ?

Off of the main outer plastic tub there are four suspension rods with springs at the bottom, the unit is banging against the cabinet sides when in use. Is there a better picture of the bottom of the tub where the springs sit? As there is a cone type of cap which seems to just float on the rod above the spring, it appears to serve no purpose. I am wondering if it is broken out of the housing ( as all four rods have this cone and are the same. These rods and springs are the only thing that can dampen the tub movement, I see no way to tighten them up to further dampen tub movement? Thanks In Advance...

Is there a "how-to" video to replace the top caps on the suspension rods?
