Answer Hello Mary, You will want to check to make sure that the drain pump is not clogged and make sure that the bearings on drain pump have not gone out. Also check to make sure thrust bearing is releasing the brake by turning the large pulley on the bottom of unit. One way will turn without lifting and the other way should lift the brake off the stator and rotate.

Answer Hello Raul. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the timer 22002715 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.

Answer Hello Blink. To access the lid switch 12001187 to test it, you will use a flat blade and release the clips 25-7220 and raise the top of the washer. Once the top is raised, you will see the lid switch on the right side under the top assembly. Hope this helps.
