My oven will not light on bake, it does light on broil. I do not smell gas and it does not glow. about 3 years ago I had to change out the glow stick and I was thinking it might need the igniter switch this time. How do I know the part I need for the bake switch.

Hi. I got my new ignition switch (74004095), and I got the front of the stove off, behind the knobs. How do I get the old ignition switch off? Do I cut the wires at the old ignition switch and restrip them? After I have the wires off, will I be able to twist the old ignition switch out of there or will I have to do some more dis-assembly to get the old switch off? Thanks, glenda
