My 2 large front burners stucks on high. Can not adjust the temperature. Is the switch bad? Do both use the same switch? One is a 3 ring burner, and one is 2 ring burner.

Answer Hello Joe. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the switch 9761048 is bad and will need to be replaced. You will need to disconnect the power and remove the knob off the switch. Then remove the two screws holding the switch in place. Remove the back panel to access the switch. Unplug the wires and connect them to the correct location on the new switch. Install the new switch in reverse order. Hope this helps.
