The serial no. 1mh5032785 . The kitchen aid 30" slide in has a problem with the front right halogen burner. It first started with the burner switch on/off light not shutting off unless you flicked it a couple of times. This was intermittent, but now when you turn the burner on the switch light goes on but the burner doesn't turn on and heat up. What are the part #s for the halogen burn and does it come with the limiter and the switch. To test the limiter and burner can that be done by continuity? The switch by volt meter? Thanks Scott

Latest Questions

The switch on the right front burner was loose and in trying to play with it, I caused a spark. This caused the whole oven to turn off. I had to switch the breaker back on, but the oven still doesn't work. Do I just need a new switch or is this a bigger problem?

I understand. Is the switch a likely problem here (switch light turns on but burner does not heat.)? Thanks!

Hello, My Superba Kitchenaid Electric stove burner (front, right) stopped working. The switch light comes on, but the burner does not heat. I have already ordered (from you) and replaced the burner (1800w), but it still does not heat. Can this be a switch problem? Also, is it possible to replace the switch temporarily with another switch on the stove to test it before I order it?
