Answer Michelle, The test points on the switch are H1 to H2. There should be a steady 240 vac except when the element cycles off.

Answer Cheryl, You're on track, you most likely need both switches 9758060 the single element and 3149404 dual element switch. The dual element switch has a "stuck" contact and the single element switch has a contact that wont close.

Answer Hello Andre. You will test across 2 and 4a and 2 to 4 on the switch for 240 volts. If not there, replace the switch. If there, replace the element. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Buds. With the switch 9758060 on, P1&P2, S1&S2, and 4&4A should read closed across the terminals. With the switch off, they will be open. Hope this helps.
