My range shows E0-F2. I replaced the keypad and the error code goes away but none of the buttons will work. If I reinstall the old keypad the buttons work but the error code returns, I tried a second keypad with the same results. Any ideas? New control panel or a third keypad? Thanks
Answer Hello Todd,
F2 E0 is the indication of a stuck key. This is proven by removing the old keypad and the code going away. I believe if the new keypads have been installed correctly, they have to be defective. Once you have called in for another re-ship of the part, insure the ribbon cable is connected firmly and correctly. I am confident that this will correct the issue as long as the EEPROM on the board 8523665 has not been corrupted or damaged by surge.
