Does the printed circuit come with the Switch Membrane???
The printed circuit board that would control the unit would not come with the membrane switch. The membrane switch is the keypad of the unit.
I have a white version of this oven - the control panel in white is no longer manufactured. Am I able to purchase the black one so the electric part is fixed, but somehow keep my white front?
Answer Kelly, the manufacture no longer offers the touch membrane switch in the color white. If you are needing the membrane the only color available is black, part number 71002310. If you need the electronic board behind the membrane you'll need to order part number 71001799. Thanks!
The oven blower keeps operating when oven door is closed. The switch (upper right corner) has come loose from the frame so moves freely when door is close, not pushing firmly against finger switch.
What do i need to repair functionality and where do i find how to perform the repair?
Answer John, The enclosure door switch(upper right corner of oven opening) 71001129 controls the neutral leg of the self clean door latch circuit and has little to no affect on the blower motor. So, are you sure the cooling fan is running, or could it be the door lock motor ? The cooling fan motor is controlled through the oven temp. sensor 12001656and a relay on the control board 12001691 on the back of the range. Based on your post description, best guess would be a degrading relay board, and faulty door switch.
