Answer Hello John. Yes it sounds like you have a bad motor. You will need to replace the motor as an assembly. They do not offer the motor switch anymore. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Jonseal. If there is power coming to the motor and the motor does not run, you will need to order and replace the motor in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
