The clock and control panel just went out. Is there a fuse or something that we need to change?

Answer Hello Pam, I'm not sure if you lost all power or just to the control but if you've checked the wiring and the breaker, it's likely your Clock / Electronic Range Control (E.R.C.) 74009150. I do not show any fuse on the model. Hope this helps!
The electronic igniters won't stop even with the gas turned off. I have to unplug the stove to make them stop.

Answer Hello Dan. Based on the information you provided, either the spark switches W10180489 or the spark module 74008821 is bad on the unit. If the switches are in the off position, and there is continuity through the harness, you will need to replace the switches. If there is no continuity, and the unit sparks, you will need to replace the module. Also, look for a wire that is cut or shorted to ground causing the sparking. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
